Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water and trim the ends. Cut each sprout in half lengthwise.

Season the Sprouts
In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until the sprouts are evenly coated.

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast the Brussels Sprouts
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and tender. Toss halfway through for even cooking.
