Preparing the Crostini

Make Crostini
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch pieces. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil. Bake for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and rub one side of each slice with a garlic clove.
Making the Dressing

Prepare Caesar Dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine the anchovy fillets, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning as needed.
Assembling the Salad

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, toss together the romaine lettuce, little gem lettuce, and half of the shaved parmesan cheese. Drizzle with the Caesar dressing and toss until the greens are well coated.

Serve
Plate the salad and top with the remaining shaved parmesan and crostini. Serve immediately.
