Preparation
Prepare the Espresso
Brew one shot of espresso using your preferred method and set aside.
Mix the Cream
In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sugar. Whip until soft peaks form.
Assemble the Drink
In a heatproof glass, combine the Jameson’s Irish Whisky, Forty Creek Cream Liqueur, and the brewed espresso.
Top with Whipped Cream
Gently spoon the whipped cream mixture over the drink, allowing it to float on top.
Garnish
Sprinkle cocoa powder and ground coffee on top of the whipped cream. Optionally, add coffee beans or chocolate shavings for garnish.
Serve
