Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Gnocchi

In a bowl, mix semolina flour and salt. Gradually add water until a dough forms. Knead until smooth, then shape into small dumplings.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

Chop the carrots and turnip into bite-sized pieces. In a pot, heat olive oil and sauté the carrots and turnip until they begin to soften.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Grill the Meat

Preheat the grill. Season lamb chops and sausage with salt, pepper, and paprika. Grill the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Grill the sausages until cooked through.

  2. 4

Make the Tomato & Oregano Braise

In a saucepan, heat olive oil, add chopped tomatoes and oregano. Cook until tomatoes are softened and combined, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. 5

    Cook the Gnocchi

In a pot of boiling salted water, add the gnocchi. Cook until they float to the surface, then remove with a slotted spoon.

  4. 6

    Finish the Vegetables

Add the sautéed carrots and turnip to the tomato and oregano mixture to combine flavors.
