Chill the Wine
Place the bottle of Blue Mountain 'Brut' NV in the refrigerator or an ice bucket for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Carefully remove the foil and cork from the bottle. Hold the cork firmly and twist the bottle gently to release the cork while avoiding it from popping out too forcefully.
