Prepare the Polenta
In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Slowly whisk in the polenta, reduce the heat to low, and cook until thickened, stirring frequently, about 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Sauté the Rapini
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the rapini and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Make the Black Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the black garlic and mashed it into the butter until well combined. Stir in the chopped scallions and cook for an additional minute.

Plate the polenta, top it with the grilled NY strip steak, and serve the sautéed rapini on the side. Drizzle the black garlic butter over the steak and polenta before serving.
