Prepare the Marinara Sauce
In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in crushed tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for 20 minutes.

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add linguini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent. Add sliced zucchini and mushrooms, cooking until tender.

Deglaze and Combine
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional minute. Pour in the white wine and allow to simmer until reduced by half. Season with salt and pepper.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked linguini to the skillet with sautéed vegetables and toss to combine. Add marinara sauce and mix well until everything is heated through.
