Waffle Preparation

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, combine milk, eggs, and melted butter. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.

Preheat your waffle maker. Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden brown.
Turkey and Hollandaise Preparation

Prepare the Hollandaise Sauce
In a heatproof bowl, whisk together egg yolks and lemon juice. Place over a pot of simmering water and whisk until thickened. Gradually whisk in melted butter until smooth. Stir in cranberry sauce and season with salt and pepper.

In a skillet, gently warm the shaved turkey over low heat until heated through. Do not overcook.
Crispy Leeks Preparation

Slice leeks thinly and rinse thoroughly to remove any grit. Pat dry.
