Method

Crust Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Crust

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine malted milk powder, flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly. Add the egg and mix until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool.

Filling Preparation

  1. 2

    Make the Filling

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in green tea powder, coconut milk, and vanilla extract until fully combined.

  2. 3

    Assemble and Bake

Pour the filling into the cooled crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar for an hour.

Topping Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Whipped Cream

In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Spread the whipped cream over the cooled cheesecake and sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes.

  2. 5

    Chill and Serve

Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, before serving.
