Wine Making Process

Harvesting Grapes
Harvest the Syrah grapes from the Gold Hill vineyard in Okanagan Valley, BC, ensuring they are fully ripe.

Crushing and Destemming
Crush and destem the harvested grapes using a grape crusher to release the juice.

Fermentation
Transfer the crushed grapes to a fermentation vessel. Add yeast and sulfur dioxide to the must and stir well. Allow the mixture to ferment at a controlled temperature of around 25°C for 7-14 days.

Pressing
Once fermentation is complete, press the mixture to separate the liquid wine from the solids.

Aging
Transfer the pressed wine into oak barrels for aging. Allow the wine to age for 6-12 months to develop its flavors.

Bottling
Once aging is complete, filter the wine and bottle it. Seal the bottles and label them accordingly.
