Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Jim Beam Black, Tofino Beach Fire, apple concentrate, lemon juice, and egg white.
Dry Shake
Shake the mixture vigorously without ice to emulsify the egg white for about 15 seconds.
Add Ice and Shake Again
Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
