In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Sheringham Seaside Gin, Aperol, orange juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake well until chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.

Top off the drink with prosecco.

Add 2 dashes of orange bitters on top.
