Prepare the Ingredients
Slice the orange and lemon into thin rounds. If using fresh berries, wash and set aside.

Mix the Sangria
In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, St. Remy VSOP, triple sec, orange bitters, and simple syrup. Stir well to blend the flavors.

Add Fruits
Add the sliced oranges, lemon, and fresh berries to the pitcher. Stir gently to combine.

Chill
Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve
Just before serving, add the soda water to the pitcher and stir gently. Serve in glasses filled with ice and garnish with additional fruit slices if desired.
