Oatmeal Raisin White Chocolate Macadamia Cookie

Method

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradually stir in dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.

    Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set. Let cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
