Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patty

In a bowl, combine the ground Black Angus beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently and form into a patty about 8 ounces.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Bun

While the patty is cooking, lightly toast the burger bun on the grill or in a toaster.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Once the patty is cooked, place it on the bottom half of the toasted bun. Top with lettuce, sliced onions, and pickles. Cap with the top half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve with French Fries

Serve the burger with a cup of French fries on the side.
