In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and cumin. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and slice into strips.
3. Sauté Vegetables

4. Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, sautéed vegetables, sliced chicken, lime juice, and chopped cilantro. Toss until well mixed.
