Cocktail Preparation

Prepare the Glass
Begin by washing the inside of a chilled rocks glass with absinthe. Swirl it around and then discard the excess absinthe.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the Woodford Rye Whiskey, Angostura Orange Bitters, Angostura Black Walnut Bitters, and agave syrup. Add ice and stir well until chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass over a big rock of ice.

Garnish
Express the oils from a lemon twist over the drink and drop it in as a garnish.
