Method

Prepare Noodles

  1. 1

    Cook the Noodles

Bring 2 liters of water to a boil in a large pot. Add the fresh ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually around 3-4 minutes, until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.

Prepare Smoked Salmon Topping

  1. 2

    Mix Topping Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine the smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers, fresh dill, and lemon juice. Mix until well incorporated and set aside.

Make Sauce

  1. 3

    Combine Sauce Ingredients

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, and rice vinegar until well blended. Set aside.

Assemble the Dish

  1. 4

    Combine Noodles and Sauce

In a large mixing bowl, add the cooked noodles and pour the sauce over them. Toss until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.

  2. 5

    Plate the Dish

Divide the sauced noodles into serving bowls. Top each bowl with a generous scoop of the smoked salmon mixture.

  3. 6

    Garnish

Finely chop the green onions and sprinkle them over the bowls along with sesame seeds for added texture and flavor.
