Preparing Chocolate Base
- 1
Melt the Dark Chocolate
In a medium heatproof bowl, combine the dark chocolate and coconut oil. Set the bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler) and stir until melted and smooth.
- 2
Chill the Mixture
Remove the bowl from heat and let the chocolate mixture cool slightly. Pour a small amount into the bottom of silicone molds and spread to cover. Place in the refrigerator to set for about 10 minutes.

Fill the Molds
Once the chocolate base has set, remove the molds from the refrigerator. Scoop the hazelnut filling into each mold, leaving some space at the top for more chocolate. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Add the Final Chocolate Layer
Melt additional dark chocolate using the double boiler method. Pour over the filled molds to cover the hazelnut filling completely. Tap the molds gently to remove air bubbles.
- 6
Coat with Hazelnuts and Cocoa
Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts and cocoa powder on top of the melted chocolate before it sets. Place the molds back in the refrigerator to firm up for at least 30 minutes.
