    Prepare the Filling

    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the pork sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat, then remove from heat and let cool slightly. In a bowl, mix the cooked sausage with the 3 cheese blend and diced Hungarian peppers.

    Assemble the Rolls

    Preheat your wood oven to 500°F (260°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into rectangles (about 4 inches by 6 inches). Place a generous amount of the sausage and cheese mixture in the center of each rectangle. Fold the dough over and seal the edges by pinching them together.

    Bake the Rolls

    Place the filled rolls on a baking tray and bake in the preheated wood oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
