Preparation of Pulled Pork

Slow Cook the Pork
In a slow cooker, combine the pork shoulder, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until the pork is tender.

Shred the Pork
Once cooked, remove the pork shoulder from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix it with the remaining sauce.

Make the Patties
In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well and form into 4 equal patties.

Serve
Close the burger with the top half of the bun and serve immediately with a side of fries or coleslaw if desired.
