Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood smoked bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Flip the bacon halfway through for even cooking. Once done, place the bacon on a paper towel to drain excess fat.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the bacon is cooking, wash the green leaf lettuce and pat it dry. Slice the fresh tomato into thick slices.

  3. 3

    Toast the Brioche Rolls

Cut the brioche rolls in half and toast them lightly on a skillet or toaster until golden brown.

Assembly

  1. 4

    Build the Sandwich

Spread 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise on the cut side of each toasted brioche roll. On the bottom half of each roll, layer 2 slices of crispy bacon, followed by 2 leaves of green lettuce, and then top with 2 slices of fresh tomato.

  2. 5

    Finish the Sandwich

Cover the sandwich with the top half of the brioche roll. Press down gently to hold the layers together.

  3. 6

    Serve

Cut the sandwich in half if desired and serve immediately while the bacon is still warm.
