Cook Spaghetti
Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Before draining, reserve about 1 cup of the pasta cooking water for later use. Then drain the spaghetti and set aside.
Preparing the Sauce

- 5
Sauté Garlic
Add minced garlic cloves to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn them.

Add Tomatoes
Chop the fresh tomatoes and add them to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until they break down and create a sauce.
- 7
Incorporate Other Ingredients
Stir in capers, sliced black olives, and red chili flakes. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
