Method
Shrimp Scampi

Melt Butter
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.

Sauté Garlic
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Cook Shrimp
Add the jumbo shrimp and cook until they turn pink, approximately 2-3 minutes per side.

Add Sauce Ingredients
Stir in lemon juice, white wine, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.

Finish with Parsley
Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley before serving.
Risotto

Heat Broth
In a saucepan, heat chicken broth over low heat. Keep warm.

Toast Rice
Add minced garlic and arborio rice. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the rice is slightly translucent.

Cook Risotto
Add one ladle of warm chicken broth to the rice, stirring constantly until absorbed. Repeat the process until the rice is creamy and al dente, about 18-20 minutes.

Stir in grated parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper to taste before serving.
Sauteed Asparagus

Sauté Asparagus
Add trimmed asparagus and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.

Season Asparagus
Season with salt and black pepper to taste before serving.
Oven Roasted Tomato

Preheat Oven
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Tomatoes
Place halved tomatoes on a baking sheet, cut side up. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
