Method

Prepare the Salmon

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Fillets

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Drizzle olive oil over both sides of the salmon fillets.

  3. 3

    Season the Salmon

Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.

  4. 4

    Bake the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Prepare the Salad

  1. 5

    Wash the Greens

Rinse the mixed field greens thoroughly under cold water and pat dry with a salad spinner or paper towels.

  2. 6

    Chop the Vegetables

Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the black olives, and thinly slice the red onion.

  3. 7

    Assemble the Salad

In a large bowl, combine the mixed field greens, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced black olives, and red onion.

  4. 8

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.

Serve

  1. 9

    Plate the Dish

Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve the salmon alongside the prepared salad.
