Method
Marinating the Lamb

Marinate the Lamb Chops
Add the baby lamb chops to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for more flavor.
Preparing the Sizzling Stone
- 3
Preheat the Granite Stone
Place the granite cooking stone in the oven and preheat it to 450°F (230°C) for at least 30 minutes or until it is thoroughly heated.
- 4
Prepare the Stone for Cooking
Once preheated, carefully remove the stone from the oven and place it on a heat-resistant surface. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil to prevent sticking.
Grilling the Lamb Chops
- 5
Grill the Chops
Heat a grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the lamb chops from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place the lamb chops on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your preferred doneness.
- 6
Transfer to the Stone
Once cooked, transfer the lamb chops directly onto the preheated granite stone. The stone will keep the chops warm and add a sizzling effect.
