Method
Crispy Broccolini Directions
- 1
Prepare the Balsamic Reduction
In a small saucepan, combine the white balsamic vinegar and sugar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Let it reduce by half until it achieves a syrupy consistency, about 15-20 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Candied Walnuts
In a skillet over medium heat, add the walnuts and toast for about 3-4 minutes. Add a tablespoon of sugar and stir until the sugar melts and coats the walnuts. Remove from heat and let cool on parchment paper.
- 3
Cooking the Broccolini
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the broccolini with olive oil and salt. Spread it on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for about 15-20 minutes until crispy and slightly charred.

Assembly
On a serving platter, arrange the crispy broccolini. Drizzle with the white balsamic reduction, sprinkle with candied walnuts, and crumble the truffle goat cheese on top. Serve immediately.
