Brewing Process for PERONI

Mashing
Heat the water to 65°C (149°F) and add the malted barley. Let it rest for 60 minutes.

Lautering
Drain the liquid (wort) from the mash and rinse the grains with hot water to extract more sugars.

Boiling
Bring the wort to a boil and add hops. Boil for 60 minutes.

Cooling
Cool the wort quickly to about 20°C (68°F) using a wort chiller.

Fermentation
Transfer the cooled wort to a fermentation vessel and add the yeast. Allow to ferment for 7-14 days.

Conditioning
After fermentation, transfer the beer to a conditioning tank or bottle it for carbonation.

Packaging
After conditioning for 2-4 weeks, package the beer into bottles or kegs for serving.
