Method
Wine Making Directions
- 1
Harvesting the Grapes
Carefully harvest the Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Roussanne, and Marsanne grapes at their peak ripeness.
- 2
Crushing and Pressing
Crush the grapes gently to release the juice, then press to extract the juice into a fermentation vessel.
- 3
Fermentation
Add yeast to the juice and allow it to ferment at a controlled temperature for 2-3 weeks.
- 4
Sulfuring
After fermentation, add sulfur dioxide to stabilize the wine and prevent unwanted oxidation.
- 5
Aging
Transfer the wine to barrels or tanks for aging. Allow it to age for at least 6 months to develop flavors.
- 6
Bottling
Once aging is complete, filter and bottle the wine. Seal the bottles and label them appropriately.
