Preparation Steps
- 1
Prepare the Lobster Tails
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the lobster tails down the center of the shell to expose the meat. Gently pull the meat out, keeping it attached at the end, and lay it on top of the shell.
- 2
Make the Crab Stuffing
In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, chopped green onion, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until combined.
- 3
Stuff the Lobster Tails
Spoon the crab mixture generously into each lobster tail, pressing it down slightly to ensure it stays in place.
- 4
Bake the Lobster Tails
Place the stuffed lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is cooked through and the stuffing is golden brown.
- 5
Prepare the Lemon Aioli
For the lemon aioli, mix together 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 tsp lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste.
