Method
Winemaking Process
- 1
Harvesting
Select ripe Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the vineyard and harvest them carefully to avoid bruising.
- 2
Crushing and Destemming
Crush the grapes to release the juice and separate the stems to prepare for fermentation.
- 3
Fermentation
Transfer the crushed grapes to a fermentation vessel. Add yeast and allow the mixture to ferment for about 7-14 days, stirring daily.
- 4
Pressing
After fermentation, press the mixture to separate the liquid from the solids. Collect the wine in a clean container.
- 5
Aging
Age the wine in oak barrels for 6-12 months to develop its flavor profile. Monitor the wine regularly.
- 6
Bottling
After aging, filter the wine and bottle it for storage. Seal the bottles and label them.
