Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patty

Take 8oz of ground beef and form it into a burger patty. Make sure it is evenly shaped and slightly thicker in the center to account for shrinkage while cooking.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the patty on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side until a nice crust forms, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes for medium doneness. Add cheese on top during the last minute of cooking if desired.

  3. 3

    Toast the Bun

While the patty is cooking, slice the brioche bun in half and lightly toast it on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Assembly

  1. 4

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the toasted brioche bun, spread the Dijon mustard. Place the cooked patty on top, followed by the lettuce leaf and tomato slices. Add your chosen toppings (two included, additional can be added for $0.75 each). Finally, place the top half of the bun over the toppings.

  2. 5

    Serve

Serve the Public House Burger immediately while hot. Enjoy with your favorite side!
