Method

Wings Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Wings

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt and black pepper until evenly coated.

  2. 2

    Fry the Wings

In a deep pot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the seasoned chicken wings in batches, frying until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes per batch. Use a slotted spoon to transfer fried wings to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Buffalo Sauce Preparation

  1. 3

    Make the Buffalo Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until combined and heated through, then remove from heat.

  2. 4

    Toss the Wings in Sauce

Place the fried wings in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until all wings are evenly coated.

Blue Cheese Dressing Preparation

  1. 5

    Mix the Dressing

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, crumbled blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
