Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise until well combined. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the 4 slices of applewood smoked bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Slice the Cheese

Slice the Irish cheddar cheese into thin pieces, about 1/4 inch thick.

Assembling the Wrap

  1. 4

    Layer the Ingredients

Lay one sundried tomato wrap flat on a clean surface. Spread half of the prepared Dijon sauce evenly over the wrap.

  2. 5

    Add Meats

Place 2 ounces of sliced maple turkey and 2 ounces of sliced ham on top of the sauce.

  3. 6

    Add Bacon and Cheese

Crumble 2 slices of crispy bacon over the meats and top with half of the sliced Irish cheddar cheese.

  4. 7

    Wrap It Up

Starting from one end, carefully roll the wrap tightly around the ingredients, tucking in the sides as you go. Repeat the process with the second wrap.

Serving

  1. 8

    Slice and Serve

Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately with remaining Dijon sauce on the side for dipping.
