Method
Preparation of Chicken
- 1
Grill the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and no longer pink inside. Remove from grill and let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
- 2
Prepare Blackened Chicken (Optional)
If you prefer a kick, season the chicken breasts with a blend of paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Grill as described above.
Prepare the Caesar Dressing
- 3
Make the Dressing
In a bowl, whisk together 1 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.
Assemble the Wraps
- 4
Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, toss the grilled chicken (or blackened chicken), romaine lettuce, croutons, and Caesar dressing until everything is well-coated.
- 5
Wrap It Up
Lay a tortilla wrap flat, add a generous amount of the chicken Caesar mixture in the center, and fold the sides over. Roll from the bottom up to create a wrap.
- 6
Serve
Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately. Optionally, sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese on top.
