Method
Buffalo Chicken Preparation
- 1
Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 7-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
- 2
Add Buffalo Sauce
Once the chicken is cooked, pour in the buffalo sauce. Stir to coat the chicken evenly and let it simmer for another 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
Bleu Cheese Dressing Preparation
- 3
Mix the Dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, crumbled bleu cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and creamy.
Wrap Assembly
- 4
Assemble the Wraps
Lay out each sundried tomato wrap on a flat surface. Spread a generous amount of bleu cheese dressing over the wrap, followed by a handful of shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
- 5
Add the Chicken
Spoon a portion of the buffalo chicken filling onto each wrap. Be careful not to overfill.
- 6
Wrap It Up
Fold in the sides of the wrap and roll it tightly from the bottom up to enclose the filling. Repeat with the remaining wraps.
