Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients and set them out on your kitchen counter. Slice the tomatoes in half, and clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth.

Cooking

  1. 2

    Cook the Meats

In a large frying pan, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the pork sausages and cook them for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through. After about 5 minutes, add the rashers of bacon to the pan. Cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

  2. 3

    Add Puddings

Once the sausages and bacon are nearly done, add the slices of black pudding and white pudding to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until heated through.

  3. 4

    Cook the Vegetables

In a separate pan, add a little oil and cook the halved tomatoes for about 2-3 minutes until they start to soften. In the same pan, add the cleaned mushrooms and sauté for another 4-5 minutes until they are golden brown.

  4. 5

    Prepare Scrambled Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the egg mixture and gently stir with a spatula, cooking until just set but still soft, about 5-7 minutes.

  5. 6

    Heat the Beans

In a small saucepan, heat the baked beans over medium heat until warmed through, about 5 minutes.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Big Fry

Once everything is cooked, arrange the sausages, bacon, puddings, tomatoes, mushrooms, beans, and scrambled eggs on a large plate. Serve hot and enjoy your hearty Big Fry!
