Baked Brie

Prepare the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Wrap the Brie
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry and place the brie cheese in the center. Fold the pastry over the brie, ensuring it’s completely covered. Trim any excess pastry and seal the edges.

Bake
Place the wrapped brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.

Add Preserves
Once baked, remove the brie from the oven and top it with black cherry preserves before serving.
Irish Brown Bread

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.

Combine Wet Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk and honey until well combined.

Form the Dough
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

Shape the Loaf
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and shape it into a round loaf. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the Bread
Bake in the preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30-35 minutes, or until the bread sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
