Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and dry the mixed greens thoroughly. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half. Peel and slice the cucumber. Shred the carrots if not pre-shredded. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs.

Assemble the Salad
In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, sliced cucumber, and chopped hard-boiled eggs. Toss gently to combine.
Shrimp Preparation

Marinate the Shrimp
In a bowl, combine tequila, lime juice, minced garlic, cayenne pepper, paprika, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Add the shrimp and mix well to coat. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Cook the Shrimp
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are opaque and cooked through. Remove from heat.
