1. Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients listed above. Ensure that the water is clean and free of impurities.

2. Step 2: Boil the Water

In a large pot, bring 500 ml of water to a boil over medium heat.

3. Step 3: Add Barley Malt

Once the water is boiling, slowly add 100 g of barley malt to the pot. Stir continuously to prevent clumping.

After 15 minutes of boiling the barley malt, add 5 g of hops to the pot and continue to boil for an additional 30 minutes.

After boiling, remove the pot from heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.

Once cooled, add 1 tsp of yeast to the mixture. Stir gently to incorporate.

7. Step 7: Fermentation

Cover the pot with a clean cloth and let it sit in a warm place for about 5-7 days to ferment.

8. Step 8: Carbonation

After fermentation, if desired, add carbon dioxide to taste to achieve the desired fizziness.

9. Step 9: Bottle and Chill

Once carbonated, transfer the non-alcoholic beer into clean bottles and refrigerate until chilled.
