Marinating the Chicken

Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, grated ginger, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.

Marinate the Chicken
Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully submerged. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 8 hours for best flavor).

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Prepare the Toppings
While the chicken is grilling, prepare the toppings by slicing the tomato and onion, and shredding the lettuce.
