Method

Preparing the Cauliflower

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Cauliflower

Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.

  3. 3

    Coat the Cauliflower

In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch. Toss until the florets are evenly coated.

Baking the Cauliflower

  1. 4

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Spread the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. 5

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.

  3. 6

    Toss in Buffalo Sauce

Remove from the oven and transfer the crispy cauliflower to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the florets and toss gently until evenly coated.

Making the Ranch Dressing

  1. 7

    Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 8

    Mix Well

Whisk together until smooth and well combined.

  3. 9

    Chill

Refrigerate the ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serving

  1. 10

    Serve

Serve the buffalo cauliflower hot with the chilled ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
