Grill the Steak
Preheat a wood grill to high heat. Grill the hanger steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from the grill and let rest.
Whipped Potatoes Preparation

Cook the Potatoes
Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks. Boil them in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Make Whipped Potatoes
In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled potatoes with roasted garlic, butter, and heavy cream. Whip until smooth and creamy. Season with salt to taste.

Wilt the Spinach
In a separate skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the fresh spinach and sprinkle with salt. Cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
