Prepare the Lemons
Wash the lemons thoroughly and peel them using a vegetable peeler, making sure to avoid the white pith.

Make the Simple Syrup
In a saucepan, combine the water and granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Allow the syrup to cool.

Combine and Bottle
After a week, strain the lemon peels from the vodka using a fine mesh strainer. Mix the infused vodka with the simple syrup, and bottle the limoncello. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Prepare the Cocktail Shaker
In a cocktail shaker, combine raspberry vodka, Pallini Raspicello, fresh sour mix, and ice cubes.

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well mixed and chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
