Preparation of Herb Garlic Butter

Make the Herb Garlic Butter
In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, and sea salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Prepare the Sugo
In a saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the canned crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine and let simmer for about 15 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Assembling the Pizza Bread

Assemble and Bake
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the loaf of French or Italian bread in half lengthwise. Spread a generous amount of the herb garlic butter over each half. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top of the buttered bread. Place the bread halves on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Once baked, remove the pizza bread from the oven and cut into slices. Serve warm alongside the prepared sugo for dipping.
