Method
Doughnut Preparation

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Heat Oil
In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry Doughnuts
Using a spoon or a small ice cream scoop, carefully drop spoonfuls of dough into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Coating and Sauce Preparation

Prepare Cinnamon Sugar
In a small bowl, mix the sugar and ground cinnamon together. Toss the fried doughnuts in the cinnamon sugar until well coated.

Make Caramel Sauce
In a saucepan, heat the granulated sugar over medium heat until it melts and turns amber. Add the butter and stir until melted. Gradually whisk in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 2 minutes until smooth.

Prepare Chocolate Honey Drizzle
Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler. Once melted, stir in the honey until smooth.
