Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped smoked bacon and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove excess fat if necessary.

Add Garlic and Tomatoes
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Then, add the blistered cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.

Deglaze with Wine
Pour in the white wine and scrape any browned bits off the bottom of the skillet. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly reduced.

Add Cream and Season
Stir in the heavy cream, butter, salt, and black pepper. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Cooking the Ravioli

Cook Ravioli
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook the fresh ravioli according to package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
