Creamy Parmesan Sauce

Method

Marinade Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a blender, combine the jalapeño peppers, ghost pepper, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Wings

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with the marinade until fully coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Cooking the Wings

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 4

    Grill the Wings

Remove the wings from the marinade and shake off excess. Place the wings on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, until they are charred and cooked through.

Herb Garlic Butter Preparation

  1. 5

    Make the Herb Garlic Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the chopped parsley, thyme, and minced garlic. Stir for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant, then remove from heat.

Creamy Parmesan Sauce Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare the Creamy Parmesan Sauce

In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve the Wings

Toss the grilled wings in the herb garlic butter. Drizzle the creamy Parmesan sauce over the wings and serve immediately.
