Cook the Sausage
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the Italian sausage. Cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Add Pepperoni
Stir in the pepperoni slices and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the pepperoni is slightly crispy.

Add Oregano
Sprinkle the oregano over the sausage and pepperoni mixture, and stir to combine evenly.

Prepare Giardiniera
Drain the giardiniera and set it aside for later use.

Layer the Ingredients
In a baking dish, spread the sausage and pepperoni mixture evenly on the bottom. Top with giardiniera, spreading it out evenly.

Add Cheese
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top, followed by the grated Parmesan cheese.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Cut into squares and enjoy!
