- 2
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Evan Williams Bonded Bourbon, 0.5 oz of Prolijo Mezcal, 0.5 oz of Bordiga Aperitivo, and 0.25 oz of Fernet Branca.
- 3
Add Bitters and Juices
Add 2 dashes of orange bitters and 2 dashes of cherry bitters to the shaker, along with 0.5 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice and 0.5 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice.
- 4
Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes (approximately 1 cup) and secure the lid.
- 5
Shake
Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to thoroughly combine the ingredients and chill the cocktail.
- 6
Prepare the Glass
